    Our Bulk Ink Cartridges do not take up any extra space and as you can see do not have tubing running around your printer. They are plug and play.

     Unlike other designs that must be more than half filled to to flow well, our Bulk Ink System maintains steady pressure allowing smooth continuous flow.

     The key to our continuous flow cartridge is its ability to maintain steady head pressure which is essential for consistency of color. These cartridges are built at a higher cost than simply running a tube from a cartridge to a bottle and therefore are priced somewhat higher. However, the advantages are realized with continuous use. See below.

     It is a "tried and true" product in use by Fine Art Reproduction Companies as well as Sign Makers. It can handle the constant delivery flow necessary for high speed printing with ease.

* CLF1 and CLF2 are highly concentrated cleaning fluids designed to dissolve and break up ink particles. It works with most types of inks, especially pigments and dye based ink. For most applications it can be diluted 1:1 with distilled water.

CLF2 is needed to be used where nozzles are blocked. It allows you to jet them performing a nozzle check. CLF2 will save you from wasting ink.

We offer a variety of systems

System A
 Just refill the holding tanks and they will automatically fill the cartridges.
System B
Just replace the ink bags and they will automatically fill the cartridges.

The above system is based on a constant filled bulk ink cartridge.

We have a new type of airless bulk ink cartridge with a similar refilling setup. There are advantages in performance for airless cartridges. It will shortly be available. Prices of these new systems will also shortly be available.
