The quality of the Symphony High Pressure Digital Printing Technology is in a league of its own.

Matter of fact, if anyone is printing high quality graphics with a 12 -color ink set, you can bet they are using the Symphony Printing Package. No other inks and printing technology can achieve this level of quality.
  
Inkjet Printing of high pressure laminate material requires a very special setup. Standard digital printing lacks the richness , vibrancy, and detail of our Symphony 12 color ink set. Not only does the Symphony 12 Color Ink Set offer the richest color, it offers the light fastness of outdoor solvent inks. Most inks that are suitable are comprised of either a good yellow like Epson's that lacks longevity or a Greener duller Yellow that offers longevity. The Symphony series uses a proprietary Yellow offering both brilliance and longevity. This inkset was developed over 3 years with a great deal of testing.  

We not only developed the ink, but special software to control and enhance the printing. We adapted printers to complete the technology. Whether printing with 8 or 12 colors our printing technology offers an extremely wide gamut with greater vibrancy. The color saturation and color brilliance of our technology far exceeds that of any printing system available.  

The papers that are suitable for this process are thin and for the most part not capable of producing rich vibrant images as high end Fine Art Giclée Printing. However, with our process y ou will be able to attain brilliant color, ultra sharp detail along with neutral grays and deep blacks.

The inks are available in bulk ink to be used with our Bulk Ink Cartridges. Here are some of the cost comparisons.

Ink cost per square foot: HP and Canon $1.60, Epson's  $.65  Symphonic ink, less than $.30.

          Symphony High Pressure Laminate ink pallet has been specially formulated for outdoor Signage usage.  

  • A milestone in inkjet technology from color gamut, vibrancy, and depth of color. The ability to produce the widest range of spot colors i.e. Pantone, Trumatch
  • This unique color pallet has the ability to produce extremely deep rich color without needing the introduction of Black to falsely produce the deeper color densities, which results in a more Lifelike reproduction. Keep in mind, Fine Art Painters do no use black and would not use black to make a deep color. This pallet produces rich color on low cost media that usually produces anemic looking images.
  • Bottom line: This pallet reduces the cost of printing, while producing the widest spectrum.
  • Light Black, Black,  Cyan , Light Aqua , Magenta, Red, Pink , Violet , Light Violet,   Lime Green , Golden Yellow , and Red-Orange.
