FLAAR report on the Symphony 12 Roland Printer with Extend Color Gamut
For those of you that do not know about Flaar, Dr Nicholas Hellmuth developed a successful testing studio. I greatly suggest anyone interested in making a purchase in new equipment or if you want to learn about topics we do not cover, Flaar has a great deal to offer. Dr Hellmuth has seen probably everything there is to see in imaging. He has seen our development from our 4-Color UltraMax dynamic ink set to our Symphony 12. As it is obvious upon seeing his place of Website that he is dedicated to the digital imaging field, we feel equally thankful that there this organization that while greatly involved in OEM products can appreciate our dedication to pushing the envelope in the quality of digital imagery through ink and software. Dr. Hellmuth wrote in another article, " The 8-color ink set we know the best is Symphonic Ink. You can obtain this special ink from Scott Saltman, American Imaging Corp, 201 263-99177. Scott Saltman is a highly regarded ink chemist and RIP software person who has dedicated his life to achieving the ultimate ink-software combination." Below is FLAAR's comments on the Roland Symphony 12
The Roland 540 was originally setup as a dual 6 color printer mostly for sign work. We have modified it to a Single 12 color Piezo printer with our Extremely Rich Symphony 12-Color extended gamut. ink and our Symphonic Evolution Rip. This complete technology goes far beyond Roland, the D'Vnci or any system available.
