In the pursuit of excellence and understanding how Rips and Color Management have an affect on Ink and Paper, we have spent countless hours and tens of thousands of dollars on software.

In the pursuit of extended gamut and color depth, again we have spent countless hours and thousands of dollars. Unlike other 3rd party ink manufacturers our goal was not to make a clone of Epson or anyone, but to make what we and our clients thought accomplished the richness, vibrancy , and longevity associated with original art. An artist does not simply add black to his colors to get depth. In our development of ink, we focused on producing the richest inks creating a pallet similar to an artist. This was launched on the Roland 12-color Symphony. We have produced more than 16 colors of Pigment and Dye Inks. We have developed the software and Rip to work with this extraordinary color pallet.

We realized that in order to understand ink and software we had to test and print with a variety of printers. We have a 7600, 4000, 4800, 2 9800, 50" Mimaki. and a Canon 12-color. At one of our dealers we have an 11880 and at another a Roland Symphony 12 color.

When we say we know it works because we use it, that is why! 

Along the way we developed some unique chemistry, Flow Guard, an aid in reduction of head drop out and ink stability. We also perfected our cleaning fluid to even a more powerful formula, CLF007, used by thousands of clients and recommended by many companies.

After realizing that Epson did not prepare their customers for the problems that would arise because of lack of maintenance, we set up a repair program and have helped countless clients all across the globe. 

Our goal is to offer a total solution for what we call the Symphonic Solution. This solution was aimed at the professional high end part of the market. What we found was that both Novice and Professional became interested.

We have become the only third party ink company that has created a Total Solution including Ink, our own Cartridges, Rip Software, Profiles, and Computer Rip and Work Stations.
